2009 Cork Jumper Sparkling Wine
We started experimenting with sparkling wine in 2008, and have been enjoying the results ever since! Our Cork Jumper Blanc de Blancs is made with our 100% estate grown Chardonnay, and is Santa Barbara’s first certified sustainable bubbly. This devilish little wine might just trick you into thinking you’re enjoying a French Champagne with its toasty, yeasty finish. Try this with a hunk of St. Andre cheese or some salty caviar, or take along with some fried chicken on a picnic. Because bubbles make it all just a little more fun.
